Thanks!! I never even thought of using icyhot or heat pads.. I just took 800mg of ibuprofen but that doesn't really help... It's a bittersweet pain, I like it, but yet I don't... It's good to be sore because then you know you did good, but it also SUCKS!!!!!! hehe
I know this may sound stupid, but whenever I workout WHEN i am sore, I'm not as sore the next day.... stretching the muscles out again I guess?

On second thought, see if you can find this... it's the ORIGINAL regular-strength Percogesic. It's in a WHITE box. DO NOT get the extra-strength formula in the orange box. THAT won't do you a BIT of good.

Original Percogesic has acetaminophen (aka Tylenol), but it also has something in it that acts as a sort of muscle relaxant... at least it has acted as a muscle relaxantwhen I've taken it... but ONLY the REGULAR strength stuff.

I'm not trying to sound condescending here, and I truly apologize if I do... everyone else has chimed in with suggestions that are just as good, if not better than mine, so take your pick.

drink lots of water....stretch....take a jacuzzi bath....and make nick give you a massage!
